Clockify
ProductivityTrack time in Clockify from your flows: log entries, start and stop timers, keep projects and clients in sync, and generate summary reports. Agents track routine work and route billing totals to a person before they become an invoice.
What This Integration Enables
FlowRunner agents use Clockify to track and report time as decisions, not manual entry. An agent can log a completed entry or start and stop a running timer as work begins and ends in another tool, keep projects, tasks, clients, and tags in sync with a CRM or task manager, and generate a summary report grouped the way finance needs it. It can look up workspace members and the authenticated user to route entries to the right person. The routine tracking runs on its own. The moment tracked hours turn into billable totals is where the agent stops to ask a person to check.

Use Case Scenarios
Automatic Time Tracking
Work is assigned in a task tool. The agent starts a timer against the matching Clockify project with Start Timer, and stops it with Stop Timer when the work closes. Because the agent reacts to the work starting and ending, the entry is logged without anyone remembering to track it.
Weekly Timesheet Export
On a schedule, the agent pulls the week's tracked time with List Time Entries and appends the totals into a shared timesheet. The team gets a current view of hours by project without anyone assembling it by hand.
Billing-Ready Report with an Approval Gate
At period close, the agent runs Generate Summary Report grouped by project and task for a client. Before those totals flow into an invoice, the agent does not treat the report as final. It routes the summary to the account manager to review and approve, so a person signs off on the numbers a client will be billed for.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
When a period closes and the agent has a Generate Summary Report result ready to feed into billing, it does not push the totals straight to an invoice. Tracked hours can include mislabeled entries, running timers left open, or work logged to the wrong project, and a client sees the result. The agent pauses and routes to the account manager through their preferred channel: "The summary for [Client] over [period] totals [hours] tracked, [hours] billable. Approve these totals for invoicing or flag entries to fix first?" The manager decides, and the totals move to billing only on approval. Routine tracking runs on its own; turning hours into an invoice reaches a person first.
