Order to Label

A new order lands in a spreadsheet the ops team maintains. The agent reads the row, calls Create Parcel with the dimensions, runs Verify Address on the destination, then Create Shipment and Buy Shipment to purchase the cheapest qualifying label. It writes the tracking number back to the row and logs the run to [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets). What used to be a per-order copy-and-paste becomes a batch the team reviews once.

International Shipment with Customs

An order ships across a border. The agent calls Create Customs Info to build the declaration and Create Customs Item for each line, then passes the customs info into Create and Buy Shipment so the label and paperwork are produced together. For a specialized destination, a companion carrier lookup can suggest the nearest [DHL](/integrations/dhl) drop-off point in the customer confirmation. Batch Fulfillment with Refund Recovery

Address verification is exactly where an agent should stop and ask instead of shipping blind. When Verify Address returns a failure or a low-confidence correction on an order, the agent does not buy the label against a guess. It pauses, presents the original address alongside the suggested correction, and routes to the fulfillment team in [Slack](/integrations/slack): "Order #8123 address failed verification. Original and suggested correction attached. Ship to the corrected address, edit it, or hold?" The team decides.
