Outreach
Sales OutreachConnect AI agents to Outreach for sales engagement. Agents manage prospects, accounts, and opportunities, enroll prospects in sequences, queue tasks, log calls, and react to real-time events.
What This Integration Enables
An agent can add captured leads as prospects, enroll them in a sequence, and keep accounts and prospects in step with the CRM or other data sources. It tags and segments prospects as they move through the funnel, queues follow-up tasks for reps and marks them complete, logs calls from an external dialer into a prospect's timeline, and creates and updates opportunities to keep the pipeline current. Reusable templates and snippets keep messaging consistent. Nine real-time webhook triggers make Outreach a system that starts flows: On Prospect Created and Updated, On Account Created, On Task Created and Completed, On Opportunity Created and Updated, On Call Logged, and On Mailing Created. Each event lets an agent react the moment sales activity happens, which is what turns a sequence tool into a coordinated part of the revenue stack.

Use Case Scenarios
Enrich, Then Enroll
On a new prospect, the agent enriches it from another source, finds or creates its account so the link is clean, then enrolls the prospect in the right sequence and assigns an owner. The rep starts with a prospect that is already in motion, not a raw lead to process.
React to a Stage Change
When the On Opportunity Updated trigger reports a stage change, the agent notifies sales leadership and updates a pipeline dashboard. Leadership sees pipeline movement as it happens, and the forecast reflects reality without a manual refresh.
Nightly Engagement Report
A scheduled flow lists prospects filtered by email or tag with List Prospects, then generates an engagement report from their mailings and calls. On prospects that belong to a named target account, the agent holds enrollment and asks the assigned rep to confirm the sequence before outreach begins.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
Sequence enrollment is automated outbound: once a prospect is enrolled, emails and tasks go out on a schedule. On named target accounts, the accounts where a mistimed or generic touch does real damage, that enrollment deserves a rep's eye first. When the agent is about to enroll a prospect at a flagged account, it treats the enrollment as a [human-in-the-loop](/concepts/human-in-the-loop/) step: it pauses, shows the prospect, the account, and the sequence it would use, and routes the decision to the assigned rep through Slack or email. The rep approves or picks a different sequence. Prospects at ordinary accounts flow through automatically; the strategic ones get a human before the first send.
Agent Capabilities

- Get Prospect Retrieves a single prospect by ID, returning their full profile - name, emails, title, tags, and relationships. Use this to inspect a prospect before updating or enrolling them.
- List Prospects Returns a page of prospects, optionally filtered by an exact email match. Use this to browse prospects or to find one to feed into a later action; pass the returned cursor to page through results.

- Delete Prospect Permanently deletes a prospect from Outreach. This cannot be undone. Use with care - it removes the person and their activity from your Outreach data.
- Add Prospect Tags Adds one or more tags to a prospect, merging them with the prospect's existing tags. Use this to label prospects (for example "vip" or "webinar-2026") for segmentation.
- Remove Prospect Tags Removes one or more tags from a prospect, keeping the rest. Use this to clean up labels - for example to take a prospect out of a tagged segment.

- Get Sequence Retrieves a single sequence by ID, returning its name, status, and prospect count. Use this to inspect a sequence before enrolling prospects.
- List Sequence Steps Lists the steps that make up a sequence - their order, type (automatic email, call, task, etc.), and interval. Use this to inspect a cadence's structure.
- Add Prospect to Sequence Enrolls a prospect into a sequence so Outreach starts sending them the cadence's steps from the chosen mailbox. This is the core "start outreach to this person" action. Outreach requires a sending mailbox to enroll.
- Remove Prospect from Sequence Removes a prospect's enrollment from a sequence by deleting its sequence state, stopping further steps. Use this to unenroll someone who replied or opted out.
- List Sequence Enrollments Lists sequence states (prospect enrollments), optionally filtered by prospect or sequence. Use this to see which sequences a prospect is in, or who is enrolled in a sequence, and to get an enrollment ID to remove.

- Get Task Retrieves a single task by ID, returning its type, state, due date, and note. Use this to inspect a task before updating or completing it.
