On a schedule, the agent calls List All Responses Bulk to pull new responses and Get Survey Details to read each question heading and answer choice. It translates the raw answer IDs into readable text and exports each response into a reporting spreadsheet. The report is legible and current without anyone decoding IDs.

Collector Distribution

A team needs to field a new survey. The agent creates the survey with Create Survey, creates a web link collector with Create Collector, and shares the generated survey URL to the right channel. The survey is live and distributed without manual setup.

Detractor Escalation
