Wekan
Project ManagementManage Wekan boards, lists, cards, swimlanes, and checklists on your own server from your flows. Agents turn inbound tickets into cards on the right board and confirm before an irreversible board teardown.
What This Integration Enables
FlowRunner agents use Wekan to run intake and board maintenance as decisions, not manual filing. An agent can create cards from tickets, forms, or chat, place them in the right list and swimlane, and edit or move them as work progresses. It can provision new boards, lists, and swimlanes for a kickoff, build and maintain card checklists as work is broken down, and report on activity by counting cards or listing them by list or swimlane. Because the connector logs in with your credentials and manages the token for the run, flows never handle authentication by hand. The routine cards file themselves. The expensive, irreversible moves reach a person first.

Use Case Scenarios
Ticket to Kanban Card
A support ticket arrives. The agent reads it, matches it to the right board and list, and creates a card on the board's default swimlane with Create Card. It adds a standard checklist with Create Checklist so the team knows the steps to close it, then replies with a link. When the ticket does not map cleanly to a board or list, the agent routes it to a lead to place before the card is created.
Cross-Tool Board Mirror
A task is created in another project tool. The agent mirrors it onto a shared Wekan board with Create Card so both teams work from one kanban view. It keeps the card in sync as the source task moves, using Edit Card to update the title, description, or list the card lives in.
Backlog Report with a Teardown Gate
On a schedule, the agent reports board health with Get Board's Cards Count and flags boards whose backlog has spiked. When a project wraps and a board should be archived, the agent proposes tearing it down. Before it runs Delete Board, which permanently removes every swimlane, list, and card, it pauses for the project owner to confirm.
Human-in-Loop Highlight
When an agent is about to run Delete Board, it does not just execute. Deleting a Wekan board permanently removes all of its swimlanes, lists, and cards, and the action cannot be undone. That is exactly the kind of move that should not run on a rule alone. The agent pauses and routes to the board owner through their preferred channel: "Board '[Board]' has [N] cards and looks inactive since [date]. Deleting it removes every card permanently. Confirm the teardown or keep it?" The owner decides, and the agent runs Delete Board only on confirmation. Routine card intake runs on its own; the irreversible teardown reaches a person first.
