What This Integration Enables

An agent can send a one-time password to a mobile number from an approved template, validate the code the user entered against what MSG91 sent, and resend the most recent code as text or voice. This is the identity-verification loop that gates a signup or a transaction on a real number. For notifications, the agent sends SMS through an approved MSG91 Flow, sends a WhatsApp message from your integrated Business number using an approved template, and sends transactional email from a verified sending domain. MSG91 does not send free-form messages; every send goes through an approved Flow or template, which is what keeps delivery compliant and reliable. The agent also reads the remaining credit balance for a given route, so a flow can watch for low credit and act before sends fail. MSG91 exposes no event triggers in this integration, so flows start from the systems feeding it: a signup, an order, or a scheduled sweep. The agent is the bridge that turns those events into verified codes and template-driven notifications on the channel the customer watches.
