Use Case Scenarios

New Application Routing

A candidate applies through a job page and On New Application fires. The agent reads the candidate and CV, runs Find Candidates to detect existing records, calls Add Candidate to Job, applies tags via Add Candidate Tags and source via Add Candidate Source, and uses Move Candidate to Stage to advance to "Screening." It then sends the hiring manager a candidate snapshot with the CV link. Triage runs as one flow instead of a recruiter loop.

Interview Scheduling and Scorecard Distribution

A candidate moves to "Interview" and On Candidate Moved to Stage fires. The agent calls Schedule Interview with the interviewer's calendar, calls Request Feedback to deliver the scorecard form, and lists the interview rooms with List Interview Rooms to allocate. After the interview, On Status Change can route a follow-up email through Send Email. Coordination steps that used to live in chat live on the candidate record.

Bulk Sourcing Import

A list of sourced candidates is exported from a sourcing tool. The agent reads each row, calls Add Candidate with the contact data and Add Candidate Source, then Add Candidate to Talent Pool for nurture. It posts a summary to the recruiting channel: how many added, how many tagged, how many flagged for review. The import is recorded and re-runnable.

Human-in-Loop Highlight

Disqualifying or deleting a candidate is exactly where an agent should stop and ask. When Disqualify Candidate, Delete Candidate, or Merge Candidates is about to run, the agent does not execute on its own. It stages the change, attaches the reason and the candidate's activity history, and routes to the recruiter via Slack: "Disqualify candidate [name] for [reason]. Activity and notes attached. Approve, change the reason, or hold for review?" The recruiter decides. On approval, the agent calls the action and records the decision with the approver and timestamp. Routine stage moves and communication flow through; anything that closes a candidate's path gets a human in the loop.
