Agents use Dropcontact to complete and verify B2B contacts without compromising on EU data rules. The service finds and verifies professional email addresses, appends company and legal data, and returns qualified records the agent can trust before outreach. Because enrichment is asynchronous, the integration exposes a submit-then-poll pattern: Enrich Contacts (Batch) queues the work and returns a request_id, and Get Enrichment Result retrieves the data once it is ready. For single contacts where an agent would rather not manage the polling, Enrich and Wait submits and polls internally within a bounded window, returning either the completed data or a pending status the agent can retry. Enabling the SIREN option adds French legal and company data (SIREN, NAF code, VAT, and registered address) for records based in France.

The agent submits the whole list with Enrich Contacts (Batch), polls Get Enrichment Result until it completes, and reads back verified professional emails, phone numbers, and company details. It writes only the qualified records into the CRM. The controller of the pipeline gets a clean list instead of a spreadsheet that needs a day of manual repair.

Single-Contact Enrichment in One Step

An agent processing inbound leads one at a time uses Enrich and Wait so it does not have to manage a request_id. It submits the contact, the operation polls internally, and the agent gets the enriched record back in the same step. When Dropcontact is still working past the polling window, the agent receives a pending status and retries later with Get Enrichment Result rather than failing the run.

  • Enrich Contacts (Batch) Submit one or more contacts for asynchronous enrichment. Queues the batch and returns a request_id; it does not return enriched data directly. Supply single-contact convenience fields or a Contacts array of up to 250 records, and enable SIREN to also retrieve French legal data. Use it to start a batch, then poll Get Enrichment Result.
  • Get Enrichment Result Retrieve the result of a submitted enrichment batch by its request_id. While processing it may return a not-ready reason; wait a few seconds and call again. When ready, the data holds one enriched record per submitted contact, with a qualified email, phone, company, and optional legal fields. Use it as the polling half of a batch enrichment.
  • Enrich and Wait Submit a contact and poll internally so the enriched data comes back in a single step, without managing the request_id. Polling is bounded to roughly 90 seconds. Returns a completed status with the data when ready, or a pending status with the request_id to retry later. Use it for single-contact enrichment inside a synchronous workflow.
